Workshops and Demos |
| I taught a three-day Watercolor Workshop July 12 - 14, 2010, in Hot Springs Village, AR, under the auspices of the Brush Strokes art club. |
| On December 10. 2009, I was invited to do a 2-hour painting demo for the Brush Strokes-sponsored beginner watercolor class. I painted a half-sheet painting titled Sound of Silence. |
| On October 21, 2009, Richard Stephens gave me the opportunity to teach one session of his annual Garland County Library watercolor beginners class, and I included a 1-hour demo of the painting Early Snow. I repeated that demo for the Traditional Art Guild of Hot Springs on November 19. |

| My painting Autumn's Palette was chosen for the cover of the November, 2009 issue of The Springs Magazine, a monthly guide to arts, entertainment, and activities in hot Springs, AR. |
| In July, 2009, I became webmaster for the Artists Workshop Gallery website at www.artistsworkshopgallery.com. |
| On March 25, 2009, I became the website coordinator for Mid-Southern Watercolorists. |
| On December 12, 2008 I was elected President for 2009 of Brush Strokes, the fine arts club of Hot Springs Village. |
| I joined Arkansas first lady Ginger Beebe and other area artists on October 3, 2008 at Gallery Central in Hot Springs to autograph copies of the 2009 Artists Engagement Calendar. |
| My painting Seen Better Days
was chosen for inclusion in the 2009 Arkansas Artist Engagement Calendar to be published by the Arkansas Governor's Mansion Association. |
