| Jim paints many subjects, including seascapes, landscapes, and portraits. He particularly enjoys painting rural scenes of the farms and lakes of the beautiful Ouachita Mountain region in Arkansas. His paintings invite the viewer to step inside the scene and enjoy feelings of peace and nostalgia for the unhurried life of days gone by. Jim's watercolors are known for their clarity, color, and impact. |
